Fish Baked in Tomato Sauce and Tamarind

المقادير
7 crushed garlic cloves,  
2 sliced onions,  
1 fish, about 1 1/2 kg  
2 tablespoons tamarind  
2 peeled and diced tomatoes,  
3 tablespoons tomato paste  
3 tablespoons lemon juice  
2 sliced green peppers,  
1 teaspoon mixed spice  
1 teaspoon coriander powder  
1 teaspoon cumin  
dash of ginger powder  
olive oil, salt  
1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves,  
For preparing the tamarind, 2 tablespoons of tamarind should be soaked and drained to make 1/2 concentrate cup.

Blend tomato paste with the tamarind juice, mix half the amount of fresh coriander, garlic, mixed spice, and lemon juice thoroughly.
Cut fish from head to tail and coat it with halve of this mixture and set aside.
Place the rubbed fish in a grease oven tray until well cooked.
Saute sliced onions and pepper lightly and mix with, then stir in ginger, salt, cumin, and coriander, and add to peeled tomatoes
pour this mixture over the fish with fresh coriander and tamarind juice and leave in oven about 5 minutes to absorb the aroma of this mixture.
