Fenugreek


المقادير
For each cup of water, you need:  
1 Teaspoon fenugreek  
Sugar to sweeten  
طريقه التحضير
Place fenugreek on pot over flame and boil about 16-19 minutes.
Pour liquid into cup, filter, add sugar to taste, and serve.
*Fenugreek can either filtered or served with its seeds.
*If you serve it with seeds, chew them after you enjoy the liquid and make sure you add more sugar then.
