Process egusi seeds in a blender for 30 to 40 seconds. Place into a bowl. Set aside. |

Wash and slice beef into bite-sized cubes. Add seasoning. |

Sauté meat in a large frying pan with oil over medium-high heat for 3 to 5 minutes. |

Chop 2 large tomatoes. Peel and chop the small onion. Seed and chop chili peppers (or jalapeño peppers). |

Blend tomatoes, onion, and peppers in a food processor for about 30 seconds. |

When the texture becomes smooth, add tomato mixture to meat. |

Reduce heat to medium-low. Place a lid to cover the frying pan and simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. |

When meat has become tender, add tomato sauce, 1 c. water, crab, shrimp, and smoked fish. |

Cook for 10 minutes more. Meanwhile, clean spinach then chop finely. |

Add spinach and egusi seeds. Cook for 10 minutes more. Serve. |
