Eggs Stuffed with Ham


المقادير
4 eggs  
1/4 chopped ham  
1/4 c. grated Monterrey Jack cheese  
2 tsp. mustard  
Pepper, parsley or dill  
4 tbsp. sour cream  
طريقه التحضير
Boil the eggs for 20 minutes on medium fire and then remove to cool
Remove the egg shell and half the eggs and get the yolk out to be used later.
Arrange the egg halves in a round plat, you can cut part of the circular base of the egg half to make it stand in the plat.
Combine the yolks, sour cream, chopped ham, cheese and pepper with a fork till forming a mixture
Using a teaspoon, fill the egg halves and then garnish with parsley leaves or chopped dill
If there are some remaining filling you can use it for making sandwiches
