Eggdrop Soup


المقادير
1 egg  
3 c. basic clear soup  
2 tbsp. scallions  
طريقه التحضير
Finely chop scallions.
In a mixing bowl, combine egg and scallions. Mix well.
Parboil basic clear soup in a saucepan.
Swirl egg mixture around stream, making a circle.
Remove soup from heat.
Transfer soup onto 4 small bowls before serving.
