Dry pastry fingers with cheese filling


المقادير
1/2 kg gullash  
2 egg whites  
1 tsp butter  
pepper  
2-3 hard-boiled eggs  
125g balkan cheese and 125 g dry cottage cheese  
1 tsp chopped parsley  
طريقه التحضير
Grate the cheese .
Mash eggs and add to cheese with parsley and pinch of pepper.
Mix with egg whites.
Cut gullash into 10 cm squares and keep covered with cloth either damp or dry.
Take each square separately, place on smooth surface, and arrange cheese mixture thinly in a cigarette shape, about 1 cm from both ends.
Fold sides toward center and roll very tightly.
Arrange neatly in greased oven tin, brush top with melted butter,
cook in preheated moderate oven until golden.
** You can buy the paper-thin dough from the bakeries.

** You should keep it covered with with either a damp or dry cloth because it dries out quickly.
