Dry Pastry Fingers with Meat Filling


المقادير
1) 1 cup savory minced beef  
2) 1/2 kg gullash  
3) butter  
** You can find the paper-thin dough or gullash in traditional bakeries. ** You should keep it always covered till needed because it dries out quickly.
طريقه التحضير
1) Cut gullash sheets into 10 cm squares and keep covered with cloth.
2) Place each gullash square on smooth surface and arrange savory minced beef in a narrow strip at the center of the square.
3) Fold both ends, then roll very tightly.
4) Arrange neatly in a greased baking pan, brush top with melted butter, and bake in preheated moderate oven until golden.
