Dried Kishk for Cooking

kishk cake or powder |

salt and pepper, milk |

1 chopped onion, |

Submerge dry kishk with milk or broth and soak for 3-4 hours, then strain. |

Parboil seasoned chicken or meat broth,and add the remaining cooking oil and soaked kisk. |

Stir the mixture constantly for 7-10 minutes till sauce becomes like thin custard |
|
 |
Put in shallow serving dish, fry Chopped onion till brown, decorate the surface of the dish with and serve cold. |
