Dried Kishk for Cooking


المقادير
chicken or meat broth  
kishk cake or powder  
salt and pepper, milk  
1 chopped onion,  
cooking oil  
طريقه التحضير
Submerge dry kishk with milk or broth and soak for 3-4 hours, then strain.
Parboil seasoned chicken or meat broth,and add the remaining cooking oil and soaked kisk.
Stir the mixture constantly for 7-10 minutes till sauce becomes like thin custard
Put in shallow serving dish, fry Chopped onion till brown, decorate the surface of the dish with and serve cold.
