Dried French Beans, Stewed with Tomatoes


المقادير
1/4 kg dried French beans  
1/2 kg beef  
10-12 diagonally halved garlic cloves  
3 cups tomato juice, salt and pepper  
2 onions, cooking oil  
2 tablespoons chopped parsley leaves  
2 tablespoons chopped chard leaves,  
طريقه التحضير
Soak the dried beans overnight.
Add fresh water and parboil for 5-7 minutes, then drain and set aside.
Cut meat into small cubes.
Saute onions in the cooking oil until softened, then add meat and fry until it reabsorbs its own juice.
Add French beans, parsley, chard, tomato juice, garlic, and seasoning and cook over slow fire.
