Cuban Meatloaf


المقادير
1kg lean ground beef  
1 seeded and chopped green bell pepper,  
1 chopped yellow onion,  
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs  
1/2 c. red wine vinegar  
Dash of paprika  
Dash of pepper  
1 egg  
2 links chorizo  
6 minced garlic cloves  
2/3 tsp. salt  
1 c. creole sauce  
طريقه التحضير
Mix half of the creole sauce with onion, garlic, bread crumbs, vinegar, beef, egg, green pepper, paprika, salt, pepper and knead
In a roasting pan, spread half of the meat mixture and then put the of sausage side by side on the top then cover with the rest of meat mixture
Coat the mixture with the rest of the creole sauce and wrap with aluminum foil and bake on medium heat in preheated oven at 350°F for 60 minutes
Remove from the oven, remove foil and return to oven for more 10 minutes and then serve hot or cold with the sauce or salad you like.
