Creole Chicken

6 boneless chicken breasts |

2 c. Creole sauce |
|
 |
1 seeded and chopped green bell pepper, |
|

4 tbsp. olive oil |
|
 |
2 to 3 tbsp. and sliced green olives |
|

Skin chicken pieces, drain and pat dry. |

Heat the oil over medium-high in a large skillet |
|

Put the chicken pieces and cook 20 minutes, or until lightly browned |
|
 |
Lower the heat, add creole sauce and green pepper and let the mixture simmer for quarter of an hour. |
|
 |
Serve hot on a large flat dish and garnish with raisins and green olives. |
