Circassian Stew with Nut Sauce

المقادير
2 loaves dried local bread  
1/2 kg walnuts  
4 cups rich turkey or chicken soup  
1/4 kg hazelnuts  
1 tablespoon taliya(fried onion)  
طريقه التحضير
Prepare the hazelnuts by frying it Lightly to be peeled easily.
Mince the hazelnuts and walnuts finely.
Moisten the bread in water till tender.
Parboil the rich turkey or chicken soup, then pour the nuts and bread over it and stir constantly for about 5 minutes.
Add the taliya and cook further until the mixture thickens.
To have a different taste, You can add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and 1/2 cup of cold water to the turkey or chicken soup before pouring it over the nuts.
