Bring oven to heat 400°F. |
|
|
Cut dough into 6 rectangles. |
|
|
Insert 1 tbsp. of chocolate chips in the middle of every rectangle |
|
|
Unfold the corners to the middle and press lightly to shape the dough like an envelope |
|
|
Transfer envelopes onto ungreased cookie sheet |
|
|
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes. |
|
|
When pastries are golden, remove and place on a cooling rack. |
|
|
Spread each pastry with powdered sugar, then serve warm. |
