Chocolate Mousse


Chocolate mousse is a creamy dessert with a favorable strong flavor that appeals to all chocolate lovers.
المقادير
2 squares unsweetened baking chocolate  
1 square semisweet baking chocolate  
1 envelope unsweetened gelatin powder  
1 pt. heavy cream  
1/4 c. cold water  
1/2 c. milk  
1/2 c. sugar  
طريقه التحضير
Soak gelatin in water in a medium bowl and set aside.
Place milk and chocolate in a medium saucepan over low heat.
Keep mixing until the chocolate is completely melted.
Add sugar and keep the stir until it dissolves completely. Allow to cool.
Beat cream with an electric mixer in a medium bowl until it thickens.
Transfer melted chocolate mixture into a large mixing bowl and mix with gelatin mixture.
Spread one-third of the cream into the chocolate. Fold in remaining cream.
Pour into glass serving bowl and cover with plastic wrap then chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
As decoration, top with whipped cream or grated sweet chocolate, then serve.
