Chinese tea is one of the delicious drinks that can be taken without sugar and has a great effect on health since it helps in lowering cholesterol levels and preventing heart decease and cancer.

Bring some water to boil in a teakettle or saucepan, bring water to a boil. |

Put the loose tea into the teapot; one teaspoon of tea for each cup of water (or more as you prefer it). |
