Chinese Tea


Chinese tea is one of the delicious drinks that can be taken without sugar and has a great effect on health since it helps in lowering cholesterol levels and preventing heart decease and cancer.

طريقه التحضير
Bring some water to boil in a teakettle or saucepan, bring water to a boil.
Put the loose tea into the teapot; one teaspoon of tea for each cup of water (or more as you prefer it).
Add the boiling water to the pot and then pour in the earthenware cups and serve hot.
