Chickpea Soup

2 cups chickpeas  
1 bone marrow  
1 sliced onion  
2 loaves stale bread  
6-7 crushed garlic cloves  
3 tablespoons lemon juice  
1 teaspoon cumin  
Salt and black pepper  
Pinch of harissa  
Olive oil  
طريقه التحضير
Leave chickpeas in water to soak a night before, strain, add fresh water, onion and bone marrow and parboil until tender.
Shake marrow into soup, and pound with onion, then season.
Fry garlic and harissa in preheated olive oil, stirring continuously to avoid they stick to bottom of pot.
Add chickpeas, broth and simmer for 5 minutes longer.
Remove from flame and stir in cumin and lemon juice.
Break bread into small morsels, put in serving dish, spill the chickpea soup on top, then serve immediately.
