Broiled Shrimp and Vegetables
Kushi or Japanese sekewer is one of the delicious meals that combine a large number of ingredients including seafood, vegitables, meat and spicy sauce together.

1/2kg fresh whole mushrooms |

1/2kg large fresh shrimp |

 |
2 tbsp. sugar |
|
 |
1/4 c. soy sauce |
|
 |
Grated ginger root |
|
 |
2 Green pepper |
|

Wash the green pepper, seed and cut into small pieces |

Preheat the oven to broil setting and fix shrimp green pepper and mushrooms on 12 small wooden skewers. |

Grill or boil for 8 minutes |

Mix soy sauce with sugar, and ginger root and then sprinkle it over the skewers and make sure that it is completely covered with the sauce and then serve on a bed of parsley leaves or green lettuce |
