Prepare the coating sauce by combining flour, salt and pepper |

In another bowl, mix bread crumbs and oregano |
|

Coat the beef slices with flour mixture and then dip in the bread crumbs mixture and remove |
|
|
Fry the breaded slices in preheated oil in large skillet on medium fire till golden with making sure that all the sides are fried well |
|
|
Remove on a flat serving dish and decorate with parsley or lemon wedges |
