Brazilian Pork Chops


المقادير
1/2kg lean pork chops  
2 tbsp. olive oil  
2tsp lemon juice  
2 minced garlic cloves  
1 minced hot pepper  
Dash of salt  
1 tsp. black pepper  
طريقه التحضير
Drain the pork pieces and then pat dry with kitchen towels and remove and fat
Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, hot pepper, salt, and black pepper
Coat the pork chops with it completely and wrap in plastic bag and keep in the refrigerator for 50 minutes
Remove from refrigerator and fry in preheated oil for about 5 minutes with making sure that the chops are fried from all its sides
Remove from the pan and put in a heat-proof plate and then put in the warm oven to keep it warm till serving it or preparing the secondary dish to be served with it.
Brazilian Pork Chops recipe is usually served with white rice and collard greens
