Drain the pork pieces and then pat dry with kitchen towels and remove and fat |

Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, hot pepper, salt, and black pepper |

Coat the pork chops with it completely and wrap in plastic bag and keep in the refrigerator for 50 minutes |

Remove from refrigerator and fry in preheated oil for about 5 minutes with making sure that the chops are fried from all its sides |

Remove from the pan and put in a heat-proof plate and then put in the warm oven to keep it warm till serving it or preparing the secondary dish to be served with it. |
