Beef Stroganoff
Famous Russian Recipe known after one of the prominent political figures in Russia who lived during the 18th century.

1/2kg vertically sliced beef |

3 chopped onions |

2 tbsp. flour |

 |
1/4 c. sour cream |

 |
3 tbsp. sunflower oil |
|

1 pinch salt |
|

1 pinch pepper |

 |
2 tbsp. butter |
|
 |
1 tsp. ground dry mustard |

1 c. beef broth |

Sauté onion in a Dutch oven with preheated oil till golden |

Put the beef slices and leave on fire for 5 minutes to cook uncovered and then add seasoning and cover and leave for more 5 minutes |

In another saucepan melt the butter and combine with mustard and beat the mixture with a blender till thick |

Put the sour cream and shower the onion and meet with it and then heat for 3 minutes on low fire before serving warm. |
