Beef Stew


المقادير
2 c. bite-size cut beef bouillon  
3 tbsp. vegetable oil  
2 chopped onions,  
1 c. frozen peas  
1 c. frozen corn  
1/4kg cubed round steak  
Dash of paprika  
Dash of cumin  
1 tsp. minced garlic  
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes  
1 tsp. salt  
طريقه التحضير
Sauté onion for 4 minutes in preheated oil till transparent and then add meat and let to cook for 15 minutes
Put the seasoning, salt, vinegar, and beef bouillon in the skillet and bring the mixture to boil with continuous stirring
Lower the heat and let the mixture to simmer for 15 m. before adding the squash
Leave the mixture for more 10 minutes and then add peas and corn and higher the heat for 5 m. and then remove and serve hot
