1 kg chitterlings |
|
 |
Salt |

B:Filling: |

 |
2 cups rice |
|
 |
3-4 ripe tomatoes, shelled and sliced |

2 tablespoons oil |
|
 |
Salt and black pepper |
|
 |
2 onions, chopped very finely |
|
 |
1 tablespoon dill, chopped |
|
 |
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped |
|
 |
Mixed spice |

 |
Make a well-blended mixture of all filling ingredients. |

Slice chitterlings into pieces of about 15 cms long. |
|
 |
With thread, tie one end and fill with a moderate amount, then tie tail end. |

Spread on smooth surface and distribute the filling evenly by rolling slowly. |
|
 |
Transfer onto cooking pot, pierce with fork in several places, cover completely with salted water, and boil for 35-40 minutes. |

Drain and serve (boiled or fried). |
