Fill a bowl till half with water and put the mushrooms in it for 20 minutes and then drain, shred and discard the stems |

Mix cornstarch with chicken broth and stir well and set aside |

Cook the thinly sliced meat in preheated oil in a large skillet with continuous stirring and then remove from skillet and set aside |

In another skillet heat some oil and sauté oil and garlic in it till transparent and then put the broccoli and coat it well with the mixture |

Pour the cornstarch sauce in the skillet and stir well before adding vegetables |

 |
Lower the heat and leave the mixture to simmer for 5 minutes or till broccoli is crispy. |

Serve the mixture with hard cooked noodles and sprinkle with spicy sauces |
