Beef Head Meat, Stewed

Place onion in pot and chafe with mixed spice and seasoning.

Add the beef and cooking oil to pot.

Put over a very slow flame and cook, until noticing beef absorbes its liquid again.

Add a small quantity of water and cook for about 45 minutes, until the beef softens.
