Mix eggs and salt in a bowl then alternately stir in flour and milk. |

Beat the mixture with a whisk or electric mixer until creamy, then add the melted butter and continue beating. |

Chill batter at least 1 hour. |

Heat a crepe pan on medium-high heat. Pour the crepe batter into the pan as you would to make a pancake. |

Swirl the batter to coat the entire bottom of the pan and leave till the bottom becomes firm. |

Lift the crepe gently from the pan and quickly flip it to cook the other side. |

Leave on fire till brown and then move it to a plate. |

Preparation time: You can use the above ingredients for preparing 32-36 crepes in 2 hours
There are two ways for serving such pancakes:
As a desert crepe using sweet butter and filling it with fruit.
As a main course filling it with meat, fish, vegetables, and covered with sauce.
