Baked Stuffed Fish


المقادير
2 tablespoons lemon juice  
2kgs fish  
salt and pepper  
1 finely chopped onion,  
mixed spice, oil  
1 tablespoon raisins  
طريقه التحضير
Wash fish and keep them as a whole without cutting the head, scorine it diagonally 3 times before coating it with lemon juice and salt
Put the fish in a greased oven pan.
Mix mixed spice, lemon juice, raisins, seasoning wiht lightly fried onion is a pan,
Fill in the fish with this mixture and close it well and place an oiled paper over it,
Cook in a moderate oven for about half an hour and before serving discard the stuffing, and serve on a bed of parsley.
