Baked Rice with Milk and Poultry


المقادير
2 pigeons or 1 chicken  
1 tablespoon butter  
1 cup milk  
2 cups rice  
1 teaspoon cinnamon  
طريقه التحضير
Cut pigeons into neat pieces and boil for 10 minutes.
Rinse with salt and pepper and fry lightly, then remove onto absorbent paper.
Prepare Ruzz Mu'ammar or backed rice and put the poultry joints in its center, then put in the oven until golden brown.
If you are using chickens, you should cut it into small pieces and bury in the backed rice without boiling.
