Baked Rice with Milk and Poultry

2 pigeons or 1 chicken |

1 tablespoon butter |

1 cup milk |
|
 |
2 cups rice |
|
 |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |

Cut pigeons into neat pieces and boil for 10 minutes. |

Rinse with salt and pepper and fry lightly, then remove onto absorbent paper. |

Prepare Ruzz Mu'ammar or backed rice and put the poultry joints in its center, then put in the oven until golden brown. |

If you are using chickens, you should cut it into small pieces and bury in the backed rice without boiling. |
