Baked Meatballs


المقادير
1 kg lamb  
2 onions  
3-4 tablespoons pine nuts  
2 beaten eggs  
Cooking fat  
Salt and pepper  
6-7 garlic cloves  
طريقه التحضير
Pound meat with onions, garlic salt, and pepper twice till minced.
Add beaten eggs to meat and pound thoroughly.
Roll out meat to about 1 cm thick on flat surface, lightly greased.
Cut into rounds, and fill center of round with pine nuts, then roll.
Transfer into well greased oven tray, baste rolls separately with cooking fat, and bake in center of moderately-heated oven for 28-30 minutes, then brown under grill, shaking pan to make sure all rolls are evenly grilled.
