Baked Meat and Cheese Pie


المقادير
1 can ground beef  
1/4kg package thawed phyllo dough  
1 chopped onion  
2 eggs  
3 cloves garlic, minced with salt  
2 tbsp. chopped dill  
1 c. milk  
1 tsp. cinnamon  
3 tbsp. chopped parsley  
1/2 tsp. salt  
1/2 tsp. ground pepper  
1/2 c. olive oil  
1 tbsp. butter  
طريقه التحضير
Sauté onion and minced garlic in a large kettle in a preheated oven for 5 m. or till tender
Put the meat and stir well and leave to cook for more 5 m. and then put cinnamon, parsley, dill and salt and to the kettle and remove from fire after stirring well
Beat the eggs well with milk and oil and butter the backing dish lightly
Press gently on the phyllo sheet to make sure that it covers the bottom of the pan
Pour a small amount of milk and egg mixture and some of the meat mixture then put another phyllo sheet and repeat this process for 4 times
Fold the edges of the pan and brush the top with milk and egg mixture and put in the oven for 30 minutes or until the pie is puffy and serve cold or hot.
