Baked Kubeiba
Lebanese, Syrian, and Palestinian recipe

2 tablespoons pine nuts |

1/2 kg savory minced beef |

Cooking oil |

 |
Moisen hands, unfold piece of the kubeiba about 2 cms thick in bottom of greased oven tin. |

Make a mixture of savory minced beef and pine nuts, and sprinkle all over the kubeiba evenly. |

Moisen hands again and unfold another part of kubeiba, only 1 cm thick, and completely cover the savory minced beef. |

 |
Use a knife to cut the kubeiba into 6-8 sections, then make rectangular or oblong incisions in the upper layer only, and pass knife all around tin to release the kubeiba. |

Add dots of cooking oil on each section and bake in pre-heated hot oven for 35-40 minutes. |
