Baked Fish


Seafood dishes make basic meals for the Greece because of its geographical location which is surrounded by the sea from three sides. There are uncountable delicious versions of recipes that involve a great variety of fish.
المقادير
1/4 tsp. pepper  
2 tbsp. lemon juice  
2 tbsp. olive oil  
1 medium onion  
1/4 c. fresh parsley  
1 8-oz. can diced tomatoes  
2 lb. fish fillets  
1/2 tsp. salt  
If you use frozen fillets, thaw them completely before preparing this dish.
طريقه التحضير
Slice the onion thinly. Chop the fresh parsley finely. Set aside.
Heat oven at 350ºF.
Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
Arrange fish in the brushed dish.
Sprinkle with seasoning and lemon juice.
Top with onion slices and sprinkle parsley over onion.
Drain tomatoes and sprinkle all.
Place the dish on middle oven rack.
Bake for half an hour.
When fish is tender, remove from oven. Serve.
