Heat the oven at 375°F. |

Wash fish fillets with cold water. |

Place in a dish. Sprinkle with seasoning and lemon juice then rub well. Set aside for 15 minutes. |

Roll fillets in flour in a dish until lightly coat. |

Heat 3 tbsp. of butter in a frying pan over medium heat. |

Fry each floured fillet for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. |

Place fish in a baking dish. |
|
 |
Melt 2 tbsp. butter in a pan over medium heat. |

 |
Add onions to pan to sauté for 5 to 10 minutes until golden. |

Spread mayonnaise or sour cream over fish. |
|
 |
Top with onions. Sprinkle with cheese. |
|
 |
Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes. |

 |
When browned, remove from oven. |
|
 |
Garnish with dill, and serve hot. |
|

|
This delicious dish is best served with boiled potatoes as a filling winter meal. |
