Baked Fish with Tahini


المقادير
4 fresh skinned fish fillets or steaks  
salt  
1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil  
Sauce:  
fresh parsley, finely chopped  
lemon wedges  
1 clove garlic  
1/2 tsp. salt  
1/2 c. tahini  
6 tbsp lemon juice  
If you use frozen fillets, you should thaw it well first.

Sprinkle salt over fish fillets. Place in refrigerator for about 60 minutes.
Heat oven at 400°F.
Brush salted fish on both sides with olive oil.
Lightly grease a baking dish.
Arrange fillets in greased dish. Place in preheated oven.
Bake, uncovered, for 20 to 35 minutes.
Fish fillets are cooked when fish flakes easily with a fork.
Meanwhile, make a mixture of garlic, 1/2 tsp. salt, tahini, and lemon juice. Stir thoroughly until well blended. If this sauce is too thick, add water.
When fish is cooked, remove from oven.
Allow to cool. Pour sauce over fish.
Decorate with a sprinkle of chopped parsley and lemon wedges. Serve.
It is better be served slightly cooled.
