If you use frozen fillets, you should thaw it well first. |

Sprinkle salt over fish fillets. Place in refrigerator for about 60 minutes. |

Heat oven at 400°F. |

Brush salted fish on both sides with olive oil. |

Lightly grease a baking dish. |

Arrange fillets in greased dish. Place in preheated oven. |

Bake, uncovered, for 20 to 35 minutes. |

Fish fillets are cooked when fish flakes easily with a fork. |

Meanwhile, make a mixture of garlic, 1/2 tsp. salt, tahini, and lemon juice. Stir thoroughly until well blended. If this sauce is too thick, add water. |

When fish is cooked, remove from oven. |

Allow to cool. Pour sauce over fish. |
|
 |
Decorate with a sprinkle of chopped parsley and lemon wedges. Serve. |
