Baked Fish and Vegetables

1 kgs fish  
1 teaspoon mixed spice  
2 tablespoons oil  
3 carrots  
4 celery stalks  
2 potatoes  
9 garlic cloves, cut in half

2 tablespoons lemon juice

Dice carrots. Chop celery stalks, onions, and one tomato. Peel and dice five tomatoes and potatoes. Set aside.
Wash fish without cutting the head, rub it with lemon juice and salt after scoring it diagonally 2-3 times.
Put in a oven pan greased with olive oil.
Put carrots and celery in salted water and bring them to boil till tender, then add potatoes and boil for 5 minutes.
Saute onion in preheated oil till wilt then pour diced tomatoes over it and leave on flame for about 7 minutes.
Put the seasoned fish in a shallow oven-proof dish, blend the boiled vegetables with garlic and put around the fish, Top the fish with sliced tomato and cook in a preheated moderate oven for about half an hour.
