Baked Cod


Fish is one of the basic dishes on the Norway table and there is a great deal of versions that involve fish. Households have many ways to deal with it: they bake it, poach it in water, fry it, combine it with potatoes, onions, and flour it into fishballs, or cook it in a casserole with white sauce and bread crumbs.
المقادير
6 cod fillets  
4 c. hot milk  
6 tsp. butter  
طريقه التحضير
Heat oven at 350°F.
Butter the bottom of a baking pan.
Arrange cad fillets in pan and fit them closely together.
Cover fillets with enough hot milk.
Spread a teaspoon of butter over each fillet.
Place in preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.
When fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, remove from heat.
Serve.
