Avocado Dip
Avocado dip is one of the famous forms of avocado mixture in the USA. In Mexico, it is usually served as salad or as a garnish for the tacos.

2 large ripe chopped avocados |

1 chopped tomato, |

1/2 chopped onion, |
|
|
1 to 3 jalapeño |
|
|
1 tsp lemon juice |
|
|
Salt and pepper to taste |

Remove the flesh out of the shells and halve avocados vertically take the pits out using the pits |
|
|
Press on the avocado with for to make it creamy and then add other ingredients and then blend them in a mixer to make a smooth dipping |

Serve beside any main dish such as tortilla chips or raw vegetables or tacos |
