Instead of apples, you can use some pitted cherries or twelve prune. |

Preheat oven to 350°F and Grease a pan |

Separate rind from lemon and leave rind aside. |

Make lemon juice from and put into a bowl. |

Peel and core apples and chop into quarters, then dip into a bowl with lemon juice to avoid becoming brownish. |

Put cream, butter, and sugar in a large bowl, then add eggs and lemon rind. Mix well until fluffy. Add the all-purpose flour and blend well then pour into pan. |

Make deep shredded cuts intervals across rounded side of each piece of apple. Press apples, cut side up, into the dough. |

Sprinkle apples with a mixture of cinnamon and 2 tbsp. sugar. |

Mix with flour in a medium bowl and bake for 30 to 40 minutes, then top with whipped cream to serve. |
