Antipasto


المقادير
Several leaves of lettuce  
1/2 head fresh greens, such as Boston or romaine shredded lettuce,  
6 peeled, halved lengthwise carrots  
6 salami slices  
2 hard-cooked eggs  
6 celery stalks, cut into thin pieces  
6 provolone or mozzarella cheese slices  
2 tomatoes  
6 canned artichoke hearts  
1 bunch of scallions for garnish  
Black and green olives for garnish  
1/4 c. Italian salad dressing  
طريقه التحضير
Wash all fresh vegetables thoroughly and let dry.
Spread the lettuce leaf for covering a large serving plate and then put shredded greens on top.
Place the slices of salami and cheese in the center of the plate and then divide carrot and celery sticks in half and place at each end of the plate.
Cut tomatoes and hard-cooked eggs into quarters, and then spread the egg and tomato quarters and artichoke hearts around the edge of the plate.
Add olives and some scallions or any other fresh vegetables after cutting them inot bite-size pieces wherever they fit in attractively.
Cover the ingredients in the plate with the salad dressing.
Preparing this dish takes 20 minutes and can be served for 6-8 people.
