Almond Fruit Float


This cool, low-fat dessert is very refreshing on a hot day.
المقادير
1/2 c. sugar  
1/2 c. milk  
1 13-oz. can fruit with syrup  
1 envelope unflavored gelatin  
1 c. water  
1 tbsp. almond extract  
Any kind of fruit, fresh or canned, may be used in this recipe.
طريقه التحضير
Leave gelatin in a saucepan with water to dissolve, then bring to high heat until boiled.
Reduce heat to low. Add sugar and stir until well dissolved then add milk and almond extract keeping the stir until well mixed.
Leave to cool for 45 to 60 minutes in a deep pan, then place into refrigerator until cool. Chop into the size of small cubes, sprinkle with fruit and syrup.
