This is a light dessert widely known and preferred after dinner in West Africa.

Split the huge papaya into two halves, peel, then remove the seeds. |

Slice then transfer into a serving bowl. |

Remove the cover of mangoes, slice into pieces, then place both pieces and their juices into the bowl. |

Peel the pineapple carefully with a sturdy, sharp knife to remove the outside skin and dark spots, then chop into quarters keeping the juices. |

Place the pineapple and juices to other fruits in the bowl and mix well. |

Cover and place into the refrigerator for about 25 minutes. |

 |
Peel, slice bananas then add to bowl. Mix all before serve. |
