Stewed Pearl Onions


المقادير
1/2 kg pearl onions  
1 teaspoon cinnamon  
2 tablespoons lemon juice  
2 cups water, salt and pepper  
2 tablespoons flour, cooking oil  
1/2 kg lamb  
طريقه التحضير
Mince meat twice and knead with seasoning, then wet hands and shape into small round balls.
Peel onions and leave whole, then fry onions in the oil until pale brown.
Fry meatballs in the oil of frying the ball, then add to onions.
Brown the flour in the same pot, remove from flame, add water, and stir until thin.
Add cinna­mon, adjust seasoning to the flour and return to fire till boiling.
Gently lower meatballs and onions into the pot and simmer over moderate flame.
Add lemon juice and boil 1-2 minutes and then serve the meal.
