Red Pepper and Walnut Dip

1/2 kg Red hot peppers |

1/2 cup crushed walnuts |
|
 |
1/2 loaf stale bread |
|
 |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
|
 |
1 tablespoon pomegranate juice |
|
 |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
|
 |
1 teaspoon sugar |
|
 |
Dash of cumin |

Roast peppers until blistered. |

Slit open, remove seeds, stem, and skin and set aside. |

 |
Boil the pomegranate juice and sugar till you get a thick blend. |

Put all ingredients, except oil, in food processor or mortar and whirl or pound to get a creamy consistency. |
|
 |
Put in jar, top with olive oil, then chill overnight. |
